You'll need to complete the Membership Application AND ADD $45 FOR THE STATE DUES, complete the Sponsor form, include all fees, the School Authorization Form and return them with your most current report card to:

This form need to be mailed in to the National office by the deadline listed on the form.
While some schools choose not to be affiliated with the sport of rodeo your school's certification is required before you will be allowed to rodeo in the state of Colorado. Please print out the School Eligibility Form and have a school official sign it. This form will need to be returned along with your most current report card before the spring rodeo season gets underway.
